Our goal at Dentistry at Golden Ridge is to provide superior dental care to our patients and honor their time commitments as well. We recognize that in today’s busy world, adhering to a schedule is important to maximize time efficiency and meet the demands of daily life. Therefore, we provide multiple confirmation texts, or we will confirm via email or phone call in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

We require that you give our office 48 business hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancelation will give another patient the chance to have access to their dental care needs. If you miss an appointment without notifying our office within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment. Additionally, patients arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will need to be rescheduled and this will be considered a missed appointment. We do not accept appointment changes or cancellations via text, email or voicemail that are within 48 business hours of your scheduled appointment time. We understand that conflicts arise, however, missing or cancelling your appointment without 48 business hours’ notice more than once in a 12-month period will result in a $100 per scheduled hour non-refundable cancellation fee for hygiene appointments and a $200 per scheduled hour non-refundable cancellation fee for appointments with one of our doctors. You are solely responsible for this fee; it cannot be charged to your insurance company, and any cancellation fees must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments.

If you have a dental appointment scheduled with our office on a Monday or Tuesday, please be aware that you will need to make any changes before the close of business on the Wednesday or Thursday, respectively, prior to the scheduled appointment time and date.

Dentistry at Golden Ridge reserves the right to change, at any time, the cancellation policies that are described above. If the cancellation policies do change, an updated copy of the revised policies will be offered at the time of your first visit after the revisions become effective. Additionally, a revised Cancellation Policy may be requested at any time.
