If you experience dull pain, soaking a washcloth in warm water and applying it to your face for up to 20 minutes can help relax jaw muscles and increase blood circulation.

Use Cold Packs

If you feel sharp pain, applying cold packs can help reduce inflammation and pain and promote healing. Do this for 10-15 minutes and repeat every two hours if necessary.

Use Moist Heat
